Dr Yevhen Baranchenko is a Senior Lecturer in Strategic Management and International Business at Newcastle Business School of Northumbria University (UK). Yevhen has been engaged in research in a variety of areas including organizational behaviour, strategic management, leadership, employee relations and sustainability. He has published in several journals including Journal of Management & Organization, Business Strategy and the Environment, Employee Relations, Leadership and Organization Development Journal and Journal of East-West Business.
