Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Professor of Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture, Director of the Institute of Urba Planning, Corresponding Member of the Ukrainian Academy of Architecture, Member of the Union of Urbanists of Ukraine, Member of the Union of Architects of Ukraine, Member of the Architectural and Urban Planning Council of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of Kyiv City State Administration.

In 1985 she graduated from the Kyiv Civil Engineering Institute with a degree in " Urban construction". In 2013 she defended her dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences on "Methodology of complex reconstruction of the city" in the specialty "Urban planning and spatial planning", in 2015 was awarded the academic title of professor. Areas of scientific interests - urban planning, spatial planning of territories, complex reconstruction of cities, effective use of urban areas.

She supervised research in the field of spatial planning and integrated urban reconstruction. Prepared five PhDs. Authored and co-authored more than 180 scientific and scientific-methodical works, including scientific articles in journals included in the SCOPUS and Web of Science scientometric database.
