V. Terekhov, born in 1986, received a qualification of a specialist in specialized computer systems from the Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding (Mykolaiv) in 2010. Since 2011 V. Terekhov has been working at the industrial wind farm "Wind park Ochakivskiy", PJSC.
