Serhii Pobihun was born in 1976. He graduated from Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas in 1998 with a degree in Business Economics. He conducts research in the field of econometric modeling, social responsibility, forecasting at the level of enterprises and national economies.
