Topolnytskyi Pavlo, born in 1964. Graduated from Zhytomyr Military School in 1985, Kharkov Military University in 1994. He defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of technical sciences in 1997. Associate Professor at the Department of Space Systems. I work at the Polissia National University as an associate professor of the Department of Computer Technologies and Systems Modeling.
