Mychalchenko Oleksii was born January 12, 1977. Director Educational and Scientific Institute of Continuing Education National Aviation University, PhD in Economics. In 2001 he received a qualification – a specialist in “Marketing in Production” and “Management of Foreign Economic Activity” at the National Aviation University.Since 2011 O.Mychalchenko is actively engaged in scientific activities in such areas as: development of quality for the personnel of aviation transport enterprises, Management of competitive potential of aircraft companies. O.Mychalchenk is the author of 20 scientific works, including 6 in specialized professional publications and has publications in the journal of the scientific-metric database Scopus. In 2012 he defended his PhD thesis.He received the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences. Participated in the work of public authorities, commissions of the Ministry of Education and Science.
