She was born on June 28, 1965 in Dzerzhinsk, Zhytomyr region. In 1982 she graduated from Dzerzhinsk Secondary School G1 with a gold medal.

In 1989 she graduated from Lutsk State Pedagogical Institute named after Lesya Ukrainka, Faculty of Physics and Mathematics, specialty "Mathematics and Physics".

In 2007 she graduated from the School of Reserve Management at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

2008 - Central Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, Master's degree in the specialty: "Management of an educational institution", qualification: "Head of an educational institution".

Work experience: 1989-1992 - teacher of mathematics, 1992-1994 - educator of GPA, 1994-2006 - teacher of physics of Romaniv secondary school №2 of Zhytomyr region, 2006 - 2012. - Deputy Director for Academic Affairs, Deputy Director for Training and Production at the Higher Vocational School of Service and Design (Zhytomyr, now the Service Center).

In 2012 she defended her dissertation on "Management of vocational schools on the basis of innovative technologies" in the specialty: 13.00. 06 - theory and methods of education management.

2012 - 2018 - Zhytomyr State University named after Ivan Franko (senior lecturer of the department, associate professor of the department, head of the Center for Postgraduate Education and Pre-University Training).

2018 -2021 - Head of the Department of Licensing and Accreditation, Director of the Scientific and Methodological Center for Licensing and Accreditation (Associate Professor) of the State Educational Institution "University of Education Management" of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine (m. Kyiv). January 2021 - until now - Director of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Management and Psychology, Professor of the Department of State Educational Institution "University of Education Management" of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine (m.
