Ihor Kodliuk was born on September 25, 1989 in Ternopil.

From 2007 to 2012 he studied at Ternopil Volodymyr Hnatiuk National Pedagogical University, obtained qualification of a translator from English, a teacher of English and French.

From 2012 and until now – a teacher of English at Technical College of Ternopil Ivan Puluj National Technical University (now Separate Structural Subdivision «Ternopil Professional College of Ternopil Ivan Puluj National Technical University»).

In 2018 he defended his dissertation for the degree of PhD in Pedagogical Sciences at Ternopil Volodymyr Hnatiuk National Pedagogical University on the topic: "Formation of English competence in dialogical speech of future specialists in Tourism in colleges".

From 2018 and until now – the Head of Information Technologies, Management, Tourism and Foreign Citizens Preparatory Department of Separate Structural Subdivision «Ternopil Professional College of Ternopil Ivan Puluj National Technical University».

His research interests include: methods of teaching English, foreign language dialogic speech, training of specialists in Tourism, higher school pedagogy.
