mgr. Svitlana Didkivska, student of the doctoral school in Krakow University of Economics (management).

Svitlana Didkivska, born in 1997, received a magister degree (computer science/pedagogy) from the Zhytomyr Ivan Franko State University, Ukraine, in 2019. In 2018 she took first place in the all-Ukrainian competition of student research papers in the field of "Information and communication technologies in education". In 2019-2020 worked at a school as a computer science teacher. Since 2020, she has been working on the question of quality management distance learning educational services in higher school at the Krakow University of Economics. Her research interests include ICT in Education, management of educational services, distance learning in higher school. During her scientific work, she wrote a number of articles on the distance learning topic.
