Yulia Sokolovska graduated from Kharkiv State University named after V.N. Karazin in 1998.In 2012, Ms. Sokolovska got the degree of Candidate of Historical Sciences in the Specialized Academic Council of V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University with the thesis on Charity in the Formation of the System of Care for Children and Adolescents in Slobozhanshchina in the Second Half of the 19th and early 20th C. In 2013, she was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor.The main directions of scientific activity are related to research in a history of charity on the territory of Ukraine, the problems of building gender competence in the servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine, and the study of moral and ethical aspects of military and professional activity.Yulia Sokolovska has more than 58 scientific works, including 25 scientific articles published in professional scientific journals included in international scientometric databases.
