SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

The following submission categories are welcome:

  • Posters
  • Oral presentations

A short abstract (150 words) is required for all submissions. An extended 2-page abstract is required for oral presentations, and voluntary for poster presentations. A template for the extended abstract is provided – it is found following the link in the top right corner on the submission page.

To submit, prepare your abstract, and save your extended abstract as a PDF file. It is possible to modify an abstract until the submission page closes.

Please note that first-time users have to register as users of EasyChair.
