Alex is a PhD in Public Policy and Public Administration and a Master in Public Sector Budget and Financial Administration. Currently holds the position of Director of Federative Affairs of the Presidency of the Republic of Brazil, in addition to teaching at Universidade Mackenzie Brasilia. Its research line is related to the improvement of the Brazilian federal pact, the management of public finances and the formation of associative and collaborative arrangements by subnational entities.
