Professor at the National School of Public Health, University of Antioquia, Colombia (2014 to present). He was a Professor of Industrial Engineering for over seven years (2006-2013) at the Technical University of Havana, Cuba. He obtained a first degree in industrial engineering with a specialization in management enterprise in 2006. He subsequently holds an M.S. (2010) in Human Resource Management and a Ph.D. (2011) in Technical Sciences from the Technical University of Havana.  Master's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (2019) from the International University of La Rioja, Spain. Full member (2015 to present) of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society (HFES).
