This workshop provide introductory coverage of confirmatory latent variable techniques, including confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation methods, (b) discussion of special issues related to the application of these techniques in organizational and psychological research, and (c) a comparison of these techniques with traditional analytical approaches.
About Dr. Williams
Dr. Williams joined the faculty of the Psychology Department at the University of North Dakota in the fall of 2014. Professor Williams established and currently serves as Director of CARMA, an interdisciplinary consortium devoted to helping faculty and students advance their knowledge of organizational and social science research methods and data analysis techniques.

CARMA, the Consortium for the Advancement of Research Methods and Analysis, is an interdisciplinary consortium devoted to helping faculty, graduate students and professionals learn of current developments in various areas of research methods and statistics. Our focus in research methods is relevant to the management and organizational sciences.
