Registration

Registration is through the SYNASC 2025 registration system and is open at the SYNASC 2025 registration pages.

Please register by September 12, 2025.

The AVM 2025 registation fees are:

Student fee: 200 EUR
Regular fee: 300 EUR

The registration fee includes AVM participation as well as lunches on 24-25 September, a SYNASC/AVM conference dinner on 24 September, an AVM dinner on 25 September, and coffee breaks during 24-26 September.

Accommodation is not part of registration, please book your accommodation separately. A few suggestion on accommodation close to the AVM venue are available on the SYNASC 2025 pages.
