How to get there
Kulturenshus is located in the heart of the city. It is just a short walk from most of the central hotels.
By bus: The closest bus station is Smedjegatan (Centrum), located only 200 m from the congress centre. This station is approached by all of the local buses (LLT). If you take a regional bus (LTN), the closest stations are Norra Hamn and Shopping.
By train: If you arrive by train at Luleå Centralstation, you might take a 10-minute walk to Kulturenshus or take LLT buses 2 or 104 to Smedjegatan. From the bus station Smedjegatan, it is just 200 m to the congress location.
By plane: The congress centre is located 8 km from Luleå/Kallax Airport (LLA). With LLT bus numbers 4 and 104, you reach the city centre (station Smedjegatan) within 15 minutes. You can pay with credit card on the bus (no cash). From the bus station Smedjegatan, it is just 200 m to the congress location. Alternatively, it is a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport.
Floor Maps
When entering Kulturenshus you find yourself on Floor 3. To get to the congress you need to take the stairs right ahead of you to get to teh registration on Floor 4.
The Registration, Lunch, Restaurant, Coffee and Exhibition as well as the Stora Salen (Large Auditorium) and Session Room Olga are located on Floor 4, while the rooms Henny, Martin, Ingemar and Erik are placed on Floor 5.
LTU Campus
The Masterclasses on Monday, June 8th will take place at LTU campus in the E-building. Bus lines 4, 5, 6 and 14 go from the city center (busstop Smedjegatan) to the University (busstop Porsö Centrum). From the bus stop Porsö Centrum you follow the main alley on campus, enter the E-building trough door E7 and follow the signs guiding you to rooms E632 and E232.
Welcome Reception / Vetenskapens Hus

The Welcome Reception will take place at Vetenskapens Hus located just a short walk from Kulturenshus in Luleå Centrum.

Young Professional's Night / Southern Harbour
The boat for the young professional's night will leave southern harbour (Södra hamnplan) at 18.00 on June 9th. Walk there with us from the welcome reception. Find out more about the YP Activities during the congress.
Congress Dinner
The Congress Dinner will be at Storforsen Hotell, Wednesday June 10th, 19.30-22.30. The busses to the congress dinner leave from the backside of Kulturenshus, Skomakargatan 22-24, 972 31 Luleå at 17.00.
Technical Visits
The busses for the technical visits will leave from the backside of Kulturenshus, Skomakargatan 22-24, 972 31 Luleå on Friday June12, at 7.00 for the ytour to Finfors and Sikfors and at 8.30 for the tour on Multifunctional blue-green stormwater management. Find more information on the tours here.

NATO Exercise RAMSTEIN FLAG 26
Between June 8th and 19th NATO Allied Air Command will conduct an exercise over Europe including Northern Sweden. Due to the airbase in Luleå we expect the occurence of noise and fighter jets over the city during the congress. Please rest assured that this is a planned exercise.
