IWIL-2026: Editor's Preface

The 16th International Workshop on the Implementation of Logics was held with the 26th International Conference on Logic for Programming, Artificial Intelligence and Reasoning (LPAR-26) on Spetses, Greece. IWIL ran on October 25th.

IWIL started as an invitation-only workshop in the year 2000 and has since become a regular part of the LPAR conference. In 2026, each submission was assigned to three members of the program committee for review. The program chairs assembled the program from papers accepted by the reviewers. Meanwhile, LPAR shorts provide a rapid-fire format, reviewed by the LPAR PC chairs. This combined volume collects the papers accepted to the LPAR shorts track (first 6) and the presented papers for IWIL (second 6).
