Maqasid Syariah in the Environmental Tourism

Abstract

Nature is a gift from God to human beings that should be taken care of with love. It includes elements that is around us such as earth, air, water, climate, sound, smell, taste, plants, animals and many others. All of this is a sign of greatness of God which has to be aware, appreciate and maintained. This is true based on condition when someone traveling because human being will be more close to feel the absence of the nature. This paperwork is to explain about Maqasid Syariah behind the encouragement to travel just to enjoy the beautiful of the nature. This writing methodology is based on the references of many sources such as articles, journals, books, brochures and imperical research. The research found that Islamic religion very encouraging in traveling activity towards nature so they can see the greatness of creature created by God. Between the main goal invironmental tourism is human being can feel the nature as greatness of God. This also will give peace inside of the body of human being. In conclusion, invironmental tourism is something that is very encouraged in syarak but it has to be done with tasawwue, objective and guideline in parallel with the need of syarak.
