Corporate Culture Affecting the Organizational Commitment of the Metropolitan Electricity Authority Personnel in Bangkok

Abstract

This research aims to (1) study the corporate culture of metropolitan electricity workers. In Bangkok (2) to study the organizational engagement of Metropolitan Electricity Authority personnel in Bangkok (3) to compare the engagement with the organization of metropolitan electricity personnel. In Bangkok, classified by personal factors, sampled by Metropolitan Electricity Authority personnel A total of 405 people received 405 questionnaires, representing 100 percent, and then analyzed and processed with statistical ready-made programs to determine statistics including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test (independent t-test), one way analysis of variance (One Way ANOVA), Brown-Forsythe test, and multiple regression analysis, determining statistical significance at .05 and .01.
