This may affect their depression and stress levels. As so-cial support and quality of life are important in the lives of every individual, it is important to evaluate and analyze the factors affecting quality of life in construc-tion workers. Objective: This study aims to examine the relationship between depression, stress, social support levels and quality of life in construc-tion workers. Materials and Methods: The study included 88 construction work-ers and recorded their sociodemographic data. Quality of life was assessed using the WHOQOL-Bref Quality of Life scale, psychosocial status was evaluated us-ing the Beck Depression Inventory and social support level was assessed using the Multidimensional Perceived Social Support Scale (MSPSS), and stress level was assessed using the Perceived Stress Scale-4 (PSS-4). Results: There was a negative correlation between WHOQOL-Bref Quality of Life and Beck Depression Inventory (r=-0.507, p<0.01) and ASO-4 (r=-0.423, p<0.01), and there was a positive correlation between the CPSASS and WHOQOL-Bref Quality of Life (r=0.328, p=0.002). Discussion: In construction workers, increased levels of depression and stress and decreased levels of social support negatively affect their quality of life. Therefore, stress, social support and depression should be evaluated in detail when examining the quality of life of construction workers. In this context, it is important for employers to take the necessary protective measures to increase workers' work efficiency, productivity and quality of life and well being of their employees.
