Automated Monitoring System in the Artificial Eggs Incubation Process

Abstract

Incubation is one of the first and more important process inside poultry industry. In order to realize this process in an artificial way machines with enough technology are needed to help to fulfill a suitable incubation stage and reach the company’s goals. The present research work is aimed to determine the influence of an automated monitoring system on the artificial eggs incubation process in the poultry farm Molino La Perla. The investigation was quasi experimental with two samples formed by 29 incubation stages each. The monitoring system implementation was realized with XP methodology. The results obtained from the investigation was an ambient control over 96.74 and a maximum of 98.48 effectiveness on the artificial eggs incubation process. Finally, it is concluded that an automated monitoring system influences positively on the artificial eggs incubation process.
