Speed Optimization for Fly Ash Brick Machine

EasyChair Preprint 14020

6 pagesDate: July 18, 2024

Abstract

Fly ash bricks have seen substantial development throughout time, moving from crude manufacturing techniques to advanced ones. At first, it was typical to only combine fly ash with water and compress. But as technology developed, additives like sand and lime were added, producing bricks that were stronger and more durable. Fly ash brick demand has increased due to growing environmental concerns and a move toward sustainable building materials. Their cost-effectiveness, environmental friendliness, and adherence to green building guidelines have made them increasingly popular in construction projects throughout the globe, spurring additional advancements in their manufacturing processes. The manufacturing infrastructure is facing significant hurdles due to the increasing demand for fly ash bricks. These challenges are mostly related to the limits imposed by low-speed machinery. This study looks into the underlying reasons behind decreased
