In this context, the importance of selecting the right subcontractor for the activity is highlighted, as well as the use of multicriteria assessment models that allow the evaluation of subcontractors in several aspects that are important for the performance of the project. Thus, five criterias were considered to evaluate alternatives for subcontractors for a given project. The objective is to select, for each project activity, the subcontractor that best represents the decision maker's preferences. For this, the FITradeoff method was used due to its characteristics of ease of elicitation and less inconsistency. The result is a set of selected subcontractors that represent the preferences of the decision maker. Keyphrases: FITradeoff, Multicriteria Decision Aid, subcontractors selection
