E-Learning for Job Aspirants.

Abstract

As the main reason for students not performing well in placement process is due to lack of practice and confidence. So, the purpose of web-based elearning system is to help the students prepare wisely and conveniently for the placement process. This system helps the students to prepare for various rounds that are held in the placement process, by providing interactive Graphical User Interface. It provides the students with a number of facilities to prepare for Aptitude, Group Discussion, Technical and Personal Interview. It will help the students to study and prepare for the placements anytime and anywhere, which will save a lot of time.
