GTD Magnetic Rotor Suspension Demonstrator

Abstract

The use of active and passive magnetic bearings (MB) in the magnetic suspension of the rotors of the GTD is considered. Experimentally shown the occurrence of conical precession with passive MB. The directions of ensuring the required characteristics of the magnetic suspension are considered.
