Abstract

As the need for high-quality materials grows, so does the development of light-weight aluminium (Al), particularly in the aerospace and automotive industries. MMCs have become a very appealing technology for numerous industrial applications due to their ability to combine all of their qualities. MMC's provide excellent thermal performance.

At higher temperatures, energy is connected with high impact, ductility, and toughness. The investigation's goal is to to investigate the microstructures and mechanical properties of Al7075 reinforced with tungsten carbide (WC).

composite. Composite preparation by stir casting can be varied by adjusting the weight percent of WC content (1 percent, 2 percent, 3 percent) with Al7075.
