新型工业化与生态文明协同推进实证分析-以佛山市为例

Abstract

对佛山市2012年至2019年的能源输入和工业系统污染排放数据进行分析，发现佛山工业系统的生态效率与能源输入类标、工业污染排放指标存在较弱的相关关系。从宏观、中观及微观三方面提出相关政策措施：宏观上进行生态技术驱动改造传统制造业；同时积极完善森林型城市，提升生态环境质量；在中观上强化产业集聚效应、打造生态工业园；在微观上以循环经济为指导，深入贯彻清洁生产。
