A total of 114 Middle Leaders Team (MLTs) were respondents in this study. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data were collected using the questionnaire instrument. The research theory framework is based on three main models, the Learning Process Model (What's in the black box between learning environment and learning outcomes?) Adapted from Vermunt (2016), Learning Inquiry, (H.Timperly, A.Wilson, H.Barrar and I.Fung, 2007) and 360˚ Degree Leadership Model by John C.Maxwell (2009). The overall finding of min and percentage scores indicates that Middle Leaders Team (MLTs) competence is at the Moderate Level. The highest overall achievement score was the Middle Leaders Team (MLTs) increase achievement domain, which was 2.68 and the lowest achievement was in an increase quality of teacher, which was 2.60. It is desired that this preliminary study will provide useful input to Middle Leaders in Schools towards improving and expanding the quality of Leadership in the era of Industrial Revolution Education 4.0.
