MilSeg: SDN-based Military Network Segregation Architecture

EasyChair Preprint 981

Abstract

Military networks have a variety of attack vectors due to insufficient security policies, such as blacklisting and perimeter defense-oriented designs. In this study, we propose MilSeg, a new network architecture that applies SDN-based network segregation structure in order to minimize the attack vectors and the spread of damage. For proving its applicability, we show the overall design and the performance evaluation results of MilSeg.
