超粘度因子在异构众核处理器上的并行算法优化

Abstract

CESM作为被广泛使用的地球模拟系统,在地球系统变化与认识人类活动相互作用的研究上提供了不可缺少的定量依据。在现实中CESM依赖超级计算机等高性能计算设备,但是在CESM向异构超级计算机的移植过程中仍存在并行度较低等问题。因此,本文针对CESM超粘度因子计算中有限差分算法在申威26010异构众核处理器内存读取时存在大量冗余等问题,提出了根据多种数据结构函数设计数据重构、计算核心捆绑等多种并行优化方案,弥补了申威26010处理器在数据读取过程中缺少共享缓冲区的不足。经过改进后算法并行性能有显著提高。
