The third International Symposium on Data Science and Computational Intelligence (DSCI 2019) is organised by the Tunisian Association of Data Science. It aims to bring together researchers and practitioners from different disciplines to discuss the different challenges in data science and computational intelligence.
The Program includes plenary lectures, poster sessions, doctoral sessions, 3-minutes thesis competition and the Data science and computational intelligence challenge. The DSCI-2019 offers in-depth, hands-on training in data science and artificial intelligence.
On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we warmly welcome you to Sousse and look forward to your participation in this symposium.
- Plenary lectures : Plenary lectures are one-hour lectures to be held without other parallel activities. The lectures should be broad surveys of recent major developments, aimed at the entire community of data science and artificial intelligence. Cases studies are also welcome.
- Tutorial and hands-on training:
- Doctoral session: The doctoral session offers the opportunity for new doctors in data science and computational intelligence to present to a large audience their contributions in the field.
- Poster session: The poster session offers the opportunity for phd students, students and professionnal in data science and computational intelligence to present their work as a poster.
- 3-minutes thesis competition: Three Minute Thesis (3MT®) is a research communication competition developed by The University of Queensland (UQ) which challenges research higher degree students to present a compelling oration on their thesis and its significance in just three minutes in language appropriate to a non-specialist audience.

Applications must be submitted by the deadline as a pdf-file via the DSCI 2019 :

Applicants should submit (as a single PDF file) the following:
- Type of submission : Plenary lectures, Doctoral Session, 3 Minute Thesis Competition or Poster Session
- A curriculum vitae (max 2 pages).
- An extended abstract (2 pages) that summarizes the research problem, the main contributions, conclusions and research directions.
