- The 10th International Workshop on Privacy and Security in HealthCare 2023 (PSCare2023) is an international forum dedicated to the advancement of the theory and practical implementations of Privacy and Security in healthcare.
- PSCare2023 intends to provide state-of-the-art technologies in the broad areas of privacy and security techniques in healthcare to industry, researchers, physicians, engineers, and students.
- PSCare2023 will be held in Almaty, Kazakhstan (7-9 November 2023) in conjunction with the 13th International Conference on Current and Future Trends of Information and Communication Technologies in Healthcare (ICTH-2023).
- The inability to properly secure the healthcare systems and hospitals, protect patients against emerging threats and vulnerabilities, and sustaining privacy and trust has been a key research focus.
- PSCare2023 aims to provide a highly professional and comparative academic research forum that promotes collaborative excellence between academia and industry. PSCare2023 is designed to help the e-Health industry, privacy, and security professionals protect patients' privacy rights and apply best practices to information privacy management. Moreover, PSCare2023 aims to develop and implement secure and privacy-preserving e-Health systems by ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal health information and life-critical information systems.
- The objectives of PSCare2023 are to bridge the knowledge gap between academia and industry, promote research esteem, and to fostering discussions on healthcare information technologies, healthcare systems, and global e-healthcare security and privacy applications. PSCare2023 invites speakers and researchers to submit papers that encompass conceptual analysis, design implementation, and performance evaluation. All submitted papers are peer-reviewed (blind-reviewed).

Paper Length
Submitted technical papers must be no longer than 6 pages for full papers, and 4 pages for short papers, including all figures, tables, and references.

Publication
All accepted papers will be scheduled for oral presentations and will be included in the conference proceedings published by Elsevier Science in the open-access Procedia Computer Science series online. At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register and attend the conference to present the work.
All PSCare2023 accepted papers will be published by Elsevier Science online in the open-access Procedia Computer Science series. Procedia Computer Science is hosted by Elsevier on www.Elsevier.com and Elsevier's content platform ScienceDirect (www.sciencedirect.com) and will be freely available worldwide. All papers in Procedia will be indexed by Scopus (www.scopus.com) and by Thomson Reuters' Conference Proceeding Citation Index (http://thomsonreuters.com/conference-proceedings-citation-index/). All papers in Procedia will also be indexed by Scopus (www.scopus.com) and Engineering Village (Ei) (www.engineeringvillage.com). This includes EI Compendex (www.ei.org/compendex). Moreover, all accepted papers will be indexed in DBLP (http://dblp.uni-trier.de/). The papers will contain linked references, XML versions, and citable DOI numbers. You will be able to provide a hyperlink to all delegates and direct your conference website, and visitors, to your proceedings.
