The ICST Conference is hosted by the Odessa National Polytechnic University (Ukraine). ICST 2021 aims to bring together researchers, engineers, developers and practitioners from academia and industry working in all major areas and interdisciplinary areas of Information Systems, Artificial  Intelligence, Software Engineering and Information Technology Applications.

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original, and not simultaneously submitted to another magazine or conference. Complete papers in English of 10-15 pages as MS Word 2003 docx files in the new SEUR format: http://ceur-ws.org/Vol-XXX/CEUR-Template-1col.docx with an appropriate reference list is welcome. Sample paper: http://ceur-ws.org/Vol-XXX/CEUR-Template-1col.pdf . 

Authors in the newspaper must impart meaningful attitudes. At least one of the authors must have a Ph.D. Sk. in Computer Science and more than 4 papers indexed in DBLP (https://dblp.org/).

Documents must be submitted in the Easy Chair system https://easychair.org/cfp/ICST-2021. For each paper, the author must type, fill out, manually sign and scan the Аuthor Agreement: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1q6I1nqpimcTr8_T9JZ8JzehfDr2Xs0kr/view, submitting a scan of the completed author and signing the Agreement of the author in the form of a jpg file.

Publication

ICST-2021 proceedings will be submitted for online publication as a separate volume of CEUR Conference Proceedings (Aachen, Germany, ISSN 1613-0073), indexed by the Scopus and DBLP.
