Nowadays there are several technologies and systems to collect data in real-time. Consequently, the amount of data available electronically is huge, what makes the use of semi-autonomous techniques imperative in order to create new knowledge and support the decision-making process. In this context arises the Data Science concept.
DS4IDS intends to promote the discussion and the dissemination of emergent trends, new projects and contributions about applied data science in order to support the decision process. By bringing together researchers from distinct areas are expected to present new artefacts with scientific and societal contributions.
Submission Guidelines
Authors are requested to submit papers reporting original research results and experience. The page limit for full papers is 8 pages and for short papers is 6 pages. Papers should be prepared using IEEE two-column template. Author Guidelines are available at the Conference Publishing Services (CPS): https://www.computer.org/web/cs-cps/
Submitted research papers may not overlap with papers that have already been published or that are simultaneously submitted to a journal or a conference with proceedings.
