Abstract:
This paper aims to develop a practical learning framework with the implementation of business analysis methods in ICT education. General issues of business analysis applicable in ICT education are analyzed. The BABOK Guide describes business analysis knowledge areas, tasks, underlying competencies, techniques, and perspectives on how to approach business analysis. Reasons for business analysis learning include its support of the case method approach with project-based learning as well as the development of students’ hard and soft skills. We prioritize business analysis activities and exercises applicable to ICT education. Taxonomy of learning effectiveness indicators related to business analysis is developed together with business analysis learning framework.
