In case of healthcare, the traditional system is being transferred over to cloud with integration of Internet of Things (IoT) inclusive of all the smart devices, wearable body sensors and mobile networks. This healthcare community cloud would be a beginning of context aware services being provided to patients at their home or at the place of medical incident. This context aware platform built over the cloud and IoT integrated infra-structure would save cost as well as time to reach to hospital and ensuring the availability of services by the qualified staff. In this paper, researchers would be simulating the healthcare community cloud that is context aware of the patients based on their current medical condition. This simulation model is compared to another previously simulated SelfServ Platform in combination with societal information system that used NetLogo.
