Abstract:
Safety process of any person is major importance in the industries application, particularly in coal mine areas. In this research, we investigate the economical, efficient and sustainable system for the coal miners for improving protection levels. This system regulates the multiple sensors that responded various operations by detecting the various parameters for the protection of coal miners including checking whether the miner is alive or not, depth of the minor, pressure upon the minor and the temperature and humidity inside the mines, hazard gasses level and burning fire inside the mine and the Geo-physical location of the miners inside the mines. An emergency button is also placed to send alert if any uncertain accident occurs inside mines. All these sensed parameters will then send to the control room where it operate and monitor the safety precaution. In case of any disaster maximum lives may retain by setting priority to dig those places first where the miners are alive. The complete system is implemented on a signal wearing jacket and the signal will be transmitted wirelessly using ESP32 WI-FI module to the IP of router. Arduino will receive all the data from sensors which is linked with WI-FI module via serial communication. ESP32 will then transmit the data to respective node and furthermore that node will send the data to the Control Room for monitoring and taking any action if required.
