This paper presents the design and simulation of digital video broadcasting (DVB) based channel coding and modulation techniques using MATLAB. The transmitter and receiver based 64-QAM modulator and demodulator has been designed and examined with simulator under AWGN channel and phase noise effects. This work shows the efficiency of QAM modulator and demodulator scheme with high performance under 12dB channel effect. The digital video broadcasting play vital role in communication organization compared with conventional transmission which provide guarantee reliable even with high effect of channel noise. The digital broadcasting is leading standards established to move from analogue to digital transmission basically through terrestrial which is carry out the defined data containers. The suggested approach provides numerical decisions to evaluate and examine various designs by developed software in the implementation of received bits streams. The simulation results shows efficient performance of DVB transmitter and receiver compared with conventional design which promising to support new future of TV broadcasting.
