Abstract:
The process of building traffic tunnels through mountains as well as metro tunnels have been used two parallel tunnels to enhance the operating capacity and convenience in the operation of the tunnels. Currently, two-tunnels analysis problems are often used assumptions for circular tunnels in an elastic, isotropic and homogeneity medium of the soil mass, the surface also is assumed to be flat. However, in practice tunnels often have different cross-sections depending on the intended use of the tunnel and the tunneling technology. The geological conditions are very complicated and do not follow the rules of elasticity and isotropic homogeneity medium. Tunnel cross-section can be arch, horseshoe arch, curved rectangle, ellipse, oval and other shapes. The topographical surface conditions also have changes that are not flat as the simplified theoretical problems. Related to this problem required in-depth researches to ensure effective excavation, protection and effective use of tunnels. In this article was studied the alteration rock mass mechanism around tunnels with different cross-sections in case of changing the surface conditions.
