Medical school of University of Tabuk is serving Tabuk region by providing medical education and training program. Literature reported that the admission criteria are not enough for predicting good future doctors and recommended conducting researches to address the relationship between lifestyle factors and academic performance of medical students during their medical program. This research aimed to assess the relationship between lifestyle and academic performance among medical students of University of Tabuk. Two analysis methods were used namely, statistical analysis and data mining prediction analysis. Statistical analysis reported significant relations (P-value < 0.050) between the academic performance and hours spent surfing social media, Gender, Mother level of education, job of the father and Diet lifestyle. Data mining techniques also were used to extract hidden, previously unknown patterns or rules of knowledge to predict the excellent performance.
