The Electrical Motor Systems Platform (EMSA) has been active since 2008. EMSA has always supported its members to develop and implement effective policies for more energy efficient motor systems. EMSA has worked on a range of different topics, liaising with many different stakeholders, including governmental organizations, standards developers, NGOs, academia, end-users and industry. By now, EMSA has become a renowned platform for policy and technology issues relating to motor systems energy efficiency worldwide.
Members of EMSA are the European Commission, Austria, Australia, Denmark, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Sweden, Switzerland and USA.
