The research dealt with the construction projects, and the research focused on the risks that may affect the project goals (cost, time and quality), A questionnaire was designed to collect data and identify the risks that may face the two stages of construction projects and it was distributed to a number of companies and after the risks that these projects may face were identified through the questionnaire from, then these risks were analyzed by the (SPSS) program. The results of the questionnaire showed that most risks affect the cost among the objectives of construction projects.
