The authors report on their experiences from their ongoing research project on "Automated Legal Reasoning," for which the client has provided them with all commercial register data from the Free State of Bavaria. A concrete example for the study is the question of the registrability of a usufructuary right to a limited partnership share in the commercial register, which is relevant in practice but highly controversial from a legal perspective.
