Framed in the process of continuous improvement and assurance of the quality of the attention service to the users of Metropolitan Public Transport in the city of Lima, it presents the application of the Work Sampling tool using the Instant Observations Method to identify the degree of compliance, on the part of the citizen user, of the biosecurity measures implemented in two stations due to the health emergency caused by Covid-19. Likewise, they identify aspects to consider in the design and management of mass transportation projects.
