The formulation comprised 40 wt% post-consumer EVA, 40 wt% post-industrial EVA, 20 wt% rice husk (250–500 µm), and 5 phr Vistamaxx 8880. Processability was assessed by torque rheometry (120 °C, 90 rpm), while mechanical properties were evaluated through bending and hardness tests. Compared with unfilled EVA, stabilized torque, estimated apparent viscosity, and specific mechanical energy increased by 27.3%, 20.7%, and 6.3%, respectively. The composite exhibited a modulus of rupture of 0.10 MPa, modulus of elasticity of 3.91 MPa, and hardness of 50.5 Shore A. An assembly incorporating recycled polyurethane agglomerate achieved 1.31 MPa, 7.08 MPa, and 68.5 Shore A, highlighting substrate contributions. These findings suggest potential as a waste-derived alternative to conventional thermoset decorative laminates. Further evaluation of other agglomerated substrates, alongside standardized adhesion, flammability, and surface-performance tests is needed for specific particleboard and fiberboard applications.
