The model aims to minimize both delivery costs and delivery time by incorporating pedestrian participation in the delivery process. By using capacity of pedestrian, this approach optimizes urban logistics while reducing congestion and environmental impact. A small-scale case study is conducted to validate the feasibility of the proposed model. The findings highlight the importance of policy interventions, infrastructure improvements, and digital coordination tools in ensuring effective implementation.
