Eleven mixes were examined, including a reference mixture, six binary mixes SF or MK at 5%, 10%, and 15% replacement levels, and four ternary SF–MK mixes. The total water to binder ratio was maintained at 0.40. Dry density, water absorption, apparent porosity, estimated total porosity, compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, and ultrasonic pulse velocity (UPV) were evaluated. 10% MK mixture performed favorably, with a dry density of 1059 kg/m³, 90 days compressive and splitting tensile strengths of 8.77 and 1.64 MPa, and UPV of 2663 m/s. 15% SF mix achieved the highest compressive strength among the SF mixes, recording 8.48 MPa. Among ternary mixtures, 5%SF+5%MK achieved the highest 90 day compressive and splitting tensile strengths, while 5%SF+10%MK recorded the lowest water absorption 17.09%.
