This paper introduces and studies a new class of sets in ideal topological spaces, called SRI-open sets. This class extends existing concepts in topology and provides a broader framework for analysing structural properties. We present the definition of SRI-open sets and investigate their fundamental properties under standard set operations. Furthermore, we examine their relationships with several well-known types of open sets and establish connections among these classes. Several types of functions associated with SRI-open sets are also defined and investigated. In addition, we study important properties of these functions and their behavior under suitable conditions. The obtained results contribute to the development of generalized topology and provide a deeper understanding of ideal topological structures. This work strengthens the theoretical framework of ideal topological spaces and offers new perspectives for studying generalized open sets and related functions in future research. These findings may support further investigations and extensions in topological settings.
