To characterize their severity, an integral analysis is required, from their origin in the solar corona to their impact in the upper atmosphere. In low-latitude regions such as Central America, there is an observational gap at fine temporal scales (minutes–hours). This work presents a low-cost monitoring station in Honduras that combines a portable muon detector (MuNRA, based on CosmicWatch), a triaxial magnetometer (EZIE-Mag), and a GNSS ScintPi receiver for ionospheric irregularity analysis through scintillation indices ($S_4$) and ROTI. The local instrumentation is complemented with public data from missions monitoring the IMF and the Sun, together with global geomagnetic indices (Kp, Dst). The processing includes environmental corrections and statistical algorithms to consolidate a Catalog of Validated Events. As a case study, the geomagnetic storm of January 2026 allowed the identification of FD events with statistical significance above $4\sigma$, discriminating instrumental noise and revealing strong correlations among the analyzed variables, which demonstrate magnetic reconnection between the CME and the magnetosphere. The results confirm the feasibility of accessible instrumentation (<500 USD) to integrate Central America into global early-warning networks under an open and reproducible science framework.
