Abstract:
This study aimed to investigate the information services toward international students throughout Thailand for constructing the information services management model for further development in higher education institutes. This study employed the mixed method research for compiling the data from the stakeholders in Thailand higher education institutions this study. Based on the preliminary study, the three affecting factors toward the information services from the international students were: a) Student satisfaction, b) Cultural adjustment, and c) Student Needs. Once the data were collected, the data analytics were employed to align with the bibliometric analysis from previous research publications from Web of Sciences (WoS) and Scopus (SC) databases to strengthen the feasibility in the future study. This development study would assist the Thailand higher education stakeholders to reconsider and reshape administration system for international student to deliver the potential services and stage of the art information services management experiences.
The Information Services Management (ISM) Model for International Student in Thailand Higher Education Institutions
